1. Product Quality & Sourcing

All our products are sourced fresh daily from local docks and trusted suppliers. Seafood size and texture may vary naturally.

Orders must be placed 1 day in advance.
Strict cold chain maintained with ice packing.

2. Pricing & Weights

Prices fluctuate based on daily catch. We bill on Gross Weight (whole fish).

Net Weight Note: Cleaning/cutting leads to a 20% - 40% weight reduction.

3. Delivery Guidelines

Slots: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Timing may vary due to traffic or order volume.

Customer must be available to receive the order.
No refunds for failed delivery due to unavailability.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are not allowed on the day of delivery once processing starts.

Full refund provided if we cancel due to poor catch quality.

5. Storage & Safety

Once delivered, cold chain responsibility shifts to the customer. Store in refrigerator or freezer immediately to maintain freshness and safety.
